Fight Club is a 2 hour session (possibly longer). The first hour will focus on conditioning, followed by light sparring, and reviewing video so we can learn and hopefully improve each following round.
This is an opportunity to test what you have been learning from your one on one sessions. It will also give you an opportunity to discover if you’d like to go the next step and start sparring with boxers from other gyms.
Mouth guards are required!
